Corn Seed Subsidy Program Reformed in Central Java, integrating CIPS study findings

The reform mandates that subsidized seeds should only be distributed in regions categorized as having "semi-strong maize market status" and specified that appointed distributors must source their seeds solely from the open market, aligning with CIPS recommendations. This change by the Central Java Provincial Agriculture Office is expected to significantly increase corn productivity.
