Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.00
2 - 3 years of working experience in accounting/finance or audit
Experienced in managing and having knowledge of budgeting
Experienced in managing payroll
Proficient in English
Knowledgeable of PPh 21/26 and PPh 23 (preferred)
Tax certified (preferred)
Good leadership skills to work autonomously both as an individual and in a team
Able to work under pressure and meet agreed deadlines
Knowledgeable of NGOs in Indonesia is preferable
Responsibilities
Correspond with staff and vendors for the payment request process
Assist in proposal and contract administration
Assist in donor reporting regarding administration matters (receipt, documents)
Accounting journaling
Bookkeeping and compiling the document
Coordinating cost control status w departments
Report data for internal budget/cost control report (tier 2)
Updating fixed asset and prepaid subscription for finance report
Assisting in budget reporting (tier 2)
Updating salesforce contract
Processing payroll
