About the Role

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.00

  • 2 - 3 years of working experience in accounting/finance or audit

  • Experienced in managing and having knowledge of budgeting

  • Experienced in managing payroll

  • Proficient in English

  • Knowledgeable of PPh 21/26 and PPh 23 (preferred)

  • Tax certified (preferred)

  • Good leadership skills to work autonomously both as an individual and in a team

  • Able to work under pressure and meet agreed deadlines

  • Knowledgeable of NGOs in Indonesia is preferable

Responsibilities

  • Correspond with staff and vendors for the payment request process

  • Assist in proposal and contract administration

  • Assist in donor reporting regarding administration matters (receipt, documents)

  • Accounting journaling

  • Bookkeeping and compiling the document

  • Coordinating cost control status w departments

  • Report data for internal budget/cost control report (tier 2)

  • Updating fixed asset and prepaid subscription for finance report

  • Assisting in budget reporting (tier 2)

  • Updating salesforce contract

  • Processing payroll
