HEAD OF DEPARTMENT CIPS ACADEMY

The Center for Indonesian Policy Studies (CIPS) is now looking for a full-time Head of Department for CIPS Academy to work in the development of the CIPS Academy.

This role will develop the CIPS Academy into an attractive online learning platform whose high-quality educational content follows the vision, mission and principles of CIPS and reaches a broad spectrum of strategically chosen audiences in order to protect the individual freedom of the next generation.

Main Accountabilities

  • Translating the latest educational trends into the methodological design of attractive online learning products to be shared through the CIPS Academy platform.

  • Develop and evaluate potential business models to achieve sustainable operations of the CIPS Academy.

  • Designing a marketing plan for the CIPS Academy to maximize the number of participants from strategic target audiences through partners and engagement with external parties.

  • Research suitable donor prospects and identify fundraising opportunities for the CIPS Academy by regularly browsing for calls for proposals. 

  • Draft fundraising proposals and convert prospective leads into revenues of the CIPS Academy.

  • Prepare progress reports to donors with relevant and accurate data and analysis.

  • Prepare progress reports to donors with relevant and accurate data and analysis.

  • Represent the CIPS Academy as a speaker, resource person or participant at domestic and international meetings and events to open up fundraising opportunities.

 

Qualifications

  • Indonesian national with a minimum master degree from a well-recognized university.

  • At least 5 years of total working experience with solid min. 3 years of experience in a full spectrum of learning & development, including a proven track record in a leadership position with solid experiences in project management and well-versed in data-informed learning and development field.

  • Proven track record in designing curriculum/modules through various learning concepts from theoretical to practical learning concepts with demonstrated successful experience leveraging technology in order to deliver learning in new ways.

  • Experiences/strong familiarity in using Learning Systems and other digital platforms/content/project management tools to optimize learning

  • Passionate about learning/track record in academics.

  • Strong and deep understanding of Technology and Digital based industries.
