Here at the Center for Indonesian Policy Studies (CIPS), we need your help to build a freer and more prosperous Indonesia!


We invite you to join the CIPS Research Trainee Program (CRTP), which will start in January 2019. In this program you will learn the skills necessary to be a public policy researcher with international competency, and being an expert on bringing prosperity to low-income communities!  During the 6-month program, candidates will be guided by our researchers and experts, who will prepare you with methods in collecting data, analysis, writing, and presentation skills. This experience will help you become not only a confident researcher, but also give you the opportunity to learn how to present your findings to decision makers.

  1. Indonesian nationals.

  2. Maximum 25 years old.

  3. Fresh graduates from Economic Faculty, International Relations, Political Science and other related social science majors.

  4. Minimum GPA of 3.00.

  5. Strong interest in Indonesia’s social and economic development.

  6. Fluent in English (writing and speaking).

  7. Good analytical thinking.
